The scope of work includes analyzing the existing Tax Department legacy system, designing and developing a new Tax Revenue Collection System (TaxRIS), preparing user manuals, conducting Training of Trainers (ToT), and deploying the application across development, testing, production, and training environments. It also involves assessing existing IT infrastructure and designing and implementing server, network, storage, backup, security, and facility systems for the Primary and Backup Data Centers to ensure system reliability, security, and operational continuity.
Develop new web portal in which Lao telecom customers can login with OTP (send to their mobile phone). Logged users are able to purchase Internet packages, FTTH payment, SIM Card topup, etc. via this web portal.
Pepsi Web-App Redemption System is a platform campaign for Pepsi Laos to promote Pepsi products through restaurants and convenience shops. Customers can redeem prize by scanning QR code at the restaurants after purchase foods together with Pepsi products.
Develop web back-office application to manage customers’ contracts, policies, premium, payment, agents, sales, promotion, discount and reports.
Design database and develop full functional web portal for Climate Information System (CIS) in which users from different sectors at central and provincial offices can login to manage and upload data, contents and related images; the web portal also establish a forum/dialogue platform as well as the interactive maps with CRVA information.
IPD Investment Tracking System to track the investment document submission by investor representatives. The development included the Back-office portal (Government staff portal), Administration portal and Mobile application for investor representatives to track the document processing status. The system prints out a document receipt with QR code where investor representatives can use the downloaded IPD Investment Tracking Application to scan and track the document progress status.
VAT filing module in TaxRIS to be used for companies do not have office in Lao PDR, but provide digital platform services to Lao people, some of such companies are YouTube, Netflix, Facebook, Microsoft, etc. These companies need to pay VAT to Lao government, and this module is for them to do VAT filing online and pay VAT either online or via bank transfer.

One Door Service Center Mobile Application for citizen to track their document process and status of document submitted to District’s One Door Service. The Mobile Application is pilot at Xaysettha district.
